Seasonal Elegance: Peonies in Watercolour Iryna will be back in the studio for her first visit of 2025 to guide us through the watercolour techniques, to create this stunning picture. If youve never painted with watercolour or even painted at all, Iryna will guide you through the techniques required. Immerse yourself in the delicate beauty of seasonal blooms with our Peonies in Watercolour masterclass. Perfect for all skill levels, this workshop focuses on the techniques needed to bring flowers to life through watercolour. You’ll explore the art of drawing and composing elegant floral scenes, mastering colour mixing to achieve soft, natural hues, and using unique watercolour techniques, such as wetting 100% cotton paper on both sides to let the paint flow freely—perfect for capturing the gentle curves and textures of petals. Under the expert guidance of a professional artist and experienced tutor, you’ll learn to create stunning floral artworks while enjoying a relaxing, creative atmosphere. We’ll also take a friendly social break with teas and coffees provided—a perfect opportunity to connect with fellow art enthusiasts. Come and join us for a day of inspiration, creativity, and the timeless charm of watercolour flowers! All materials are provided for your convenience, including premium-quality paper, paints, and brushes. You won’t need to bring anything but your enthusiasm and creativity!

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations & Refunds Bookings for the workshops are made months in advance, therefore it can be difficult for me to resell any places at short notice. Workshops require a great deal of planning, financial commitment, supplies and tools, as well as paying staff. As a result, cancellations can result in lost revenue. This will greatly impact on the business. Ideally, I don’t want either of us to be out of pocket. You can cancel your space on a workshop up to two weeks before it takes place. This two-week period allows me the necessary time to try and find someone to fill your place which I will endeavour to do through word of mouth and social media. If I can fill your space you will receive a full refund minus £10 admin fee, to deal with the process of issuing your refund and finding an alternative person to fill your space. However, please appreciate if I am unable to find someone to take your place, you will not receive a refund. I do understand that there are sometimes unavoidable situations so am happy to discuss any exceptional circumstances you may have. To cancel your place on a workshop, please provide me with a written notice via email; jane@fabricpaperscissors.co.uk. Unless I have acknowledged your request, you shouldn’t consider your request delivered! If I don’t respond within three working days, then please send a follow-up email or call me. Refunds will be made in the same way as the payment was made, ie. Payments paid by a credit card can only be refunded to the same card. Cancellations by Fabric Paper Scissors I am entitled to cancel any group or workshop at any time subject to the repayment of any deposit and fees received in respect of the booking which has been cancelled. In the unlikely event of a cancellation by myself or a guest tutor, I will provide a full refund within 5 days of the workshop date. My liability is only for the cost of the class. If the class is cancelled, you are liable for any costs incurred by you including materials purchased in advance, travel or accommodation.
