Service Description
Join us at the studio for some fused glsss pendant making. June from Semperat Glass will show you, then guide you through the techniques to make 2 fused glass pendants. please note this does not inlcude the chains, but will include cord. Working with a variety of different glass types you can make your own design, abstract or something more stylised. These will be your own designs and there fore completely personal to you. Usng colours of your own choice. You don't need to bring any materials as these will be supplied by the tutor, All you need to do is turn up and bring your creativity. Feel free to bring any images for inspiration. Your finished work will be taken home by the tutor to fire in her kiln before returning it to the studio for you to collect within a couple of weeks after the workshop. Please wear long sleeves and appropriate footwear as you will be cutting glass. Refreshments are provided

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations & Refunds Bookings for the workshops are made months in advance, therefore it can be difficult for me to resell any places at short notice. Workshops require a great deal of planning, financial commitment, supplies and tools, as well as paying staff. As a result, cancellations can result in lost revenue. This will greatly impact on the business. Ideally, I don’t want either of us to be out of pocket. You can cancel your space on a workshop up to two weeks before it takes place. This two-week period allows me the necessary time to try and find someone to fill your place which I will endeavour to do through word of mouth and social media. If I can fill your space you will receive a full refund minus £10 admin fee, to deal with the process of issuing your refund and finding an alternative person to fill your space. However, please appreciate if I am unable to find someone to take your place, you will not receive a refund. I do understand that there are sometimes unavoidable situations so am happy to discuss any exceptional circumstances you may have. To cancel your place on a workshop, please provide me with a written notice via email; jane@fabricpaperscissors.co.uk. Unless I have acknowledged your request, you shouldn’t consider your request delivered! If I don’t respond within three working days, then please send a follow-up email or call me. Refunds will be made in the same way as the payment was made, ie. Payments paid by a credit card can only be refunded to the same card. Cancellations by Fabric Paper Scissors I am entitled to cancel any group or workshop at any time subject to the repayment of any deposit and fees received in respect of the booking which has been cancelled. In the unlikely event of a cancellation by myself or a guest tutor, I will provide a full refund within 5 days of the workshop date. My liability is only for the cost of the class. If the class is cancelled, you are liable for any costs incurred by you including materials purchased in advance, travel or accommodation.
